Unlike diaphragm, rotary lobe, and PC pumps, the peristaltic design of the Watson Marlow Bredel hose pumps accommodates no transferring elements that come into contact with the product. It has no seals, ball-checks, diaphragms, glands, immersed rotors, stators or pistons to leak, clog, corrode or replace.
Bredel hose pumps also remove the need for ancillary tools corresponding to dry run protection, seal water flush methods and in-line check valves. A hose change takes only minutes and can be carried out in-situ with out particular tools or expert personnel.
The pumped fluid is totally contained in a long-life hose, defending operation and upkeep personnel and the setting from unwanted spillages or publicity to chemicals. เกจวัดแรงดันแก๊สหุงต้ม is totally independent of suction and discharge circumstances. The Bredel hose is precision machined to ensure circulate stability and pump performance in powerful fluid dealing with applications.
These industrial pumps obtain flow rates up to 475 GPM, transferring as much as 80% solids in suspension.
