Rain Bird has added a new IC mannequin to its Golf Solenoid Valve Series product line. This new mannequin supplies the many advantages of GSV Series Valves to programs presently using the Rain Bird IC System, which connects irrigation central management immediately to every rotor and valve for optimal water and energy efficiency.
“In today’s extremely aggressive environment, golf courses can’t afford the expense, labor and downtime that valve failures may cause,” mentioned Altan Tolan, product manager for Rain Bird Golf. “By including this new IC mannequin to our GSV Series, we’re capable of give courses that have upgraded to our IC System optimum valve reliability, performance and peace of mind.”
Originally launched in December 2021, GSV Series Valves are a solution for golf courses in lightning-prone areas, those who use reclaimed water and people who need pressure regulation. In addition to the new IC mannequin, the GSV Series consists of three plastic fashions and one pink brass model, every with NPT or BSP thread options. All GSV Series Valves feature a pre-installed PRS-DIAL that regulates and maintains constant outlet strain between 15 and one hundred psi while reducing the consequences of water hammer. A waterproof dial cartridge eliminates fogging and binding.
A chlorine-resistant diaphragm protects GSV Series Valves towards harsh chemical compounds and reclaimed water. On plastic models, a scrubber mechanism with a stainless-steel display screen dislodges grit and plant material, defending the valve from particles. Built-in filtration on the GBS25 solenoid offers a second degree of debris protection. Plastic and brass models include an extra purple flow-control handle cowl to be used with non-potable water.
“Over เกจวัดแรงดันpsi , we’ve gotten nice suggestions from golf programs now using GSV Valves,” Tolan stated. “Expanding this line to include an IC model is one other instance of how Rain Bird Golf is bringing revolutionary, water-saving merchandise to even more golf programs worldwide.”
