QED Environmental Systems, Inc. has upgraded its ORP215M-R precision orifice plate wellhead, providing plate exchanges which give more correct circulate measurement with exact adjustment of gas move, particularly at very low charges (below 10 standard ft3/minute).
The new design features a complete equipment of six orifice plates securely hooked up to the wellhead for fast access. A permanent stainless-steel S-type orifice plate retainer keeps the plates shut by and helps forestall lack of the orifice plates. Changing to the proper orifice plate takes solely seconds, with no need to close down the control valve or retune the well. The precision fine tune management valve provides exact gas circulate management, achieving close to linear flow adjustment across its complete range.
The QED ORP215M-R wellhead features heavy-duty engineered plastic building and moulded, glass-filled polypropylene which boosts its resistance to UV, climate and harsh area conditions. By tuning the wellhead to maintain differential stress (DP) of zero.5–5-in of water column vacuum, wellheads function at the optimum fee.
