Industrial Flow Solutions is buying Dreno Pompe, a designer and producer of electrical submersible pumps for wastewater purposes, based mostly in Monselice in northeastern Italy.

A portfolio company of private equity firm May River Capital, Industrial Flow Solutions specialises in pumping and fluid administration solutions for harsh, rugged environments. The company, which is headquartered in New Haven, Connecticut, USA, is house to BJM Pumps merchandise, Stancor pumps and controls, OverWatch direct in-line pump systems and the Oil Minder pump and management resolution, in addition to Scotland-based Clearwater Controls which it acquired final October.
