Industrial Flow Solutions to accumulate Italy’s Dreno Pompe

Industrial Flow Solutions is buying Dreno Pompe, a designer and producer of electrical submersible pumps for wastewater purposes, based mostly in Monselice in northeastern Italy.

A portfolio company of private equity firm May River Capital, Industrial Flow Solutions specialises in pumping and fluid administration solutions for harsh, rugged environments.
