The 30 deepwell gas pumps might be delivered between August 2022 and January 2024.
This is certainly one of Svanehøj’s largest LNG fuel-related orders so far. เกวัดแรงดัน can be the second LNG fuel pump techniques order that Jiangsu New Yangzi Shipbuilding has positioned with Svanehøj in the final yr. In July 2021, Svanehøj signed a contract to provide deepwell pumps for 10 dual-fuel LNG container vessels (15 000 TEU).
Svanehøj quadrupled gross sales of its patented deepwell fuel pumps in 2021, and says there are tons of indications that gross sales may increase even additional in 2022.
“Until a couple of years in the past, the use of LNG as a marine gasoline was restricted to LNG carriers and smaller ships. But we at the moment are seeing a pointy increase in gasoline pump orders for deep sea vessels similar to container ships and car carriers,” said Johnny Houmann, chief sales officer at Svanehøj. “We were chosen because the provider of gas pump techniques for over 50% of the dual-fuel LNG container vessels ordered globally in 2020–21. And we goal to extend our market share further in the coming years.”
