Australian industrial manufacturer, Brain Industries, says it’s making a big push into the North American, Central American and South American markets, signing an unique distribution agreement with Strata Worldwide USA for its unique air operated pumps. The firm’s first US distribution settlement will see Strata market and sell Brain’s Airloader and Mudskipper pneumatic pumps to the mining, tunnelling, and seaports markets.
Managing Director, Gillian Summers, stated the huge American market has the potential to double Brain’s pumps enterprise. Summers mentioned initially the pumps might be designed, made, and exported from Newcastle. Summers mentioned Brain’s pumps have no inner shifting parts which makes them extra reliable and longer lasting than another pumps. She stated pumps may be equipped in DNV GL compliant frames – essential for the mining and tunnelling sectors. “Brain’s pumps are secure for pumping in hazardous areas and their low top makes them ideal for confined spaces.”
