US industrial distributor and service provider OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered supplier of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum systems and compressors.

ePumps can additionally be a full-service supplier of all types of rotating gear, with in-house and subject service capabilities. The firm has three places serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle space and a team of 28 workers.
The acquired enterprise will function underneath OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
