Adam Bates, water market space director of gross sales at KSB Inc, now has full accountability for the company’s municipal water enterprise.
With this role expansion, Julie Ballard, challenge engineering manager, and Lukas Widhalm, utility engineering supervisor, are reporting to Bates.
After joining KSB in 2017, Bates served as southeastern regional supervisor before changing into the water market area director of gross sales in September 2020. Prior to KSB, Bates held positions in sales management/operations and enterprise improvement inside the North American industrial and municipal water market.
